Brodi supports clients using a person-centred approach tailoring intervention through evidence-based practices including cognitive behaviour therapy, interpersonal therapy, schema therapy, play therapy and mindfulness. She supports individuals with a wide range of presentations including, but not limited to:
Anxiety
Depression
Low self-esteem/confidence
Behavioural concerns
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Autism,
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Intellectual Impairment
Brodi is assisted by her puppy, and maybe one day, animal assistant therapy dog, Obi! Obi loves his toys and treats, but especially loves coming into the clinic and helping her clients feel more comfortable in sessions. He also loves his safe space at home though, so we can’t guarantee he will be on duty when in clinic. We appreciate your patience as he cannot meet every person who comes in.
