With You practitioners are passionate about the creation and delivery of group programs to support individuals increase their emotional regulation and social skill capacity.

All our groups will run on Saturdays during school at our Chinook St premises. Parents are kindly requested to stay nearby and within a 5-min commute.

  • The Program.

    Fact or Fiction (ages 8-11)

    Fact or Fiction Junior (ages 5-7)

  • The goal.

    Increase emotional regulation capacity by debunking the myths about feelings and social development to calm the inner chaos.

  • The Plan.

    Children attend 8 weekly one-hour sessions face-to-face on Saturdays.

  • The Content.

    It all begins with respecting that with knowledge, comes power. Children explore emotions, reactions, the brain and how they’re connected. By arming children and families with greater emotional understanding, big feelings can be named, tamed, and understood.

    Scuba Sam’s Social Adventure

    Ages 5-7 yrs

  • The goal.

    Increase social skill capacity by providing opportunities to interact in both structured and unstructured learning and play experiences.

  • The Plan.

    Children attend 8 weekly one-hour sessions face-to-face on Saturdays.

  • The Content.

    Along side Scuba Sam, children meet a new underwater animal friend each week who teaches them a new skill such as introducing themselves, taking turns, sharing, reading other’s emotions, negotiation and basic conversation.

    Social Scientists

    Ages 6-8 yrs

  • The goal.

    To assist children understand the intricate nature of relationships, and promote successful social experiences. When children feel connected socially and can maintain connections with peers, they typically experience a greater sense of wellbeing.

  • The Plan.

    Children attend 6 weekly one-hour sessions face-to-face on Saturdays.

  • The Content.

    Children will work through “experiments” each session, with a focus on supporting conversational skills and personal development.

    Me, Myself and I

    Ages 8-11 yrs

  • The goal.

    Help children to identify and CELEBRATE their own personal strengths and differences.

  • The Plan.

    Children attend 2 weekly one-hour sessions face-to-face on Saturdays.

  • The Content.

    Children participate in engaging activiites to help them work out what makes them uniquely awesome. We celebrate these strengths and differences in the reinforcing social group environment.

    Ages 6-8 yrs

  • The goal.

    To assist children develop strategies to direct attention and focus - based on the book “Hunter and His Amazing Remote Control”.

  • The Plan.

    Children attend 6 weekly one-hour sessions face-to-face on Saturdays.

  • The Content.

    Children participate in engaging activiites to teach and practice using skills such as ignoring distractions, refocusing, slowing down responses, reflection and future planning, and breaking down tasks.
