About Stephanie (She/Her)
Stephanie believes that everyone is a person of infinite worth- even if they don’t see it themselves yet. Using person-focused evidence-based techniques, she works with individuals and their families to overcome obstacles by highlighting their unique strengths. Stephanie takes pride in being able to support individuals in developing their sense of self and developing into the best version of themselves.
Individual support
With a key interest in families and young adults, Stephanie supports individuals through life transitions, and to positively cope with their experience of anxiety, depression, self-identity, self-esteem, parenting, and trauma. She is experienced in working with neurodiverse populations (i.e. autism), and she is highly experienced in providing services under the NDIS, including developing capacity-building strategies. Stephanie is a Circle or Security, and 1 2 3 Magic program facilitator.
Stephanie is assisted by her animal assistant therapy dog, Pickle! Pickle loves his toys and treats, but especially loves coming into the clinic and helping her clients feel more comfortable in sessions. He also loves his safe space at home though, so we can’t guarantee he will be on duty when in clinic. We appreciate your patience as he cannot meet every person who comes in. Pickle does now have a younger sister, Pepper, who may also make an appearance in the office at times.

Assessment
Stephanie believes that assessment can provide an opportunity to identify personal strengths and weaknesses that can be key for self-understanding. Those who truly know themselves are more likely to develop a positive self-image and believe in their ability to achieve their goals. Stephanie is highly experienced in cognitive, functional, learning, and developmental assessments, and welcomes school/medical and private referrals.
Groups
Stephanie has extensive experience developing and running children’s groups programs, with group program enrolments for 2024 now open! Click here to find out more!

Stephanie is a board-approved supervisor (STAP) and has supervised students on placement for the Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental Psychology) program, as well as for the purpose of the Endorsement program.
