It's Stress Awareness Month in April, and we at With You Allied Health want to talk about how it affects our kids. Stress is something that all of us experience in our lives, but children can be particularly prone to it. Stress can manifest in many ways, such as difficulty sleeping, changes in eating habits, headaches, or even physical illness.

It is important to recognize the signs of stress in our children. If your child is having difficulty managing their stress, it may be beneficial to seek out the help. A psychologist can help your child learn how to manage stress in healthy and effective ways. Remember, you are not alone. With You Allied Health is here to help.

Stress can take a toll on our mental and physical health, but it doesn't have to be that way! This Stress Awareness Month, we're here to help you. Learning to recognize your triggers and developing strategies to manage them is one way to help manage stress. As you become aware of your stress triggers, you can better prepare yourself to handle them and manage your stress. Start by keeping a journal. Track your stressors and emotions and try to identify patterns that may be causing your stress. Once you know what your triggers are, you can start to develop coping strategies to help you manage them. Remember, you don't have to go through this alone. Reach out to us at With You Allied Health for more tips on recognizing and managing your stress triggers.
